The light-weight helipad, is as strong as concrete, but light enough to allow options to our customers that they may have never thought possible. They have an optimum service life of 30 years, they are highly portable, and can be dismantled and re-assembled in a new location in a very short time. These helipads are therefore changing the way helipads are perceived ,and are among the safest, most cost-effective helipads in the market today, whether on ground, on the surface of water, on rooftops or on off-shore floating platforms. With a capability to accept up to 20 tonnes max operational weight of helicopters, and a price tag ranging from 50% to 60% of prevailing market rates, these helipads rate among the best in terms of competitive price vs quality.

Our goal is to meet the requirements and specifications of class through customized strategies with the highest of quality with and the most cost efficient effective processes way for our Customers - Govt. authorities, Infra structure Infrastructure companies, Real-Eestate developers, Para Military forces, Hospitals, Hotels and Ship/Rig owners, etc… By indigenizing Total Helipad Pan cake and its Components, we produced Helipad Pan cake in our production line at Russia, where aircrafts High grade Aluminum is at best the highest quality, which is then Shipped to India in SKD (Semi Knock Down) format for assembly, at preferably at the client’s location, thus saving the high transport cost, and import Tax for our customer.

Our innovative design is manufactured using either Aluminum/Steel or Composite (CFRP-Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) material, making it have a very high service life and very light weight construction, thus being highly conducive for installation on buildings for commercial transportation, leisure and fire evacuation purposes.

Its modular construction supports quick dismantling of the module and re-installation at a different site in case of a need. Its tremendously high vibration and resonance bearing capability allows to comprehensively operate helicopters having high take-off weight.

Urban Aero design team works with state of the art 3-D modeling software. We have experience designing to the DGCA, FAA, ICAO, CAP 437 and many other International standards. 

We can provide you with site selection, feasibility studies and original designs for basic helistops or full heliports. We can also work with your own architect or engineer to ensure the design meets the ICAO or FAA standards. Important considerations include compatibility with surrounding land, approach and departure paths, dimensions, loading, lighting, marking, signage, navigation aids, fire protection and access.
